Our Services
We are a Motorola Premier Service Partner and Jackson Communications has a fully equipped service shop with trained and qualified technicians. Our field technicians are available 24 hours a day and have fully equipped service vehicles for on-site repair and service.We feature Motorola original parts and we also have a large variety of accessories for Motorola radios. Jackson Communications also provides services for vehicle emergency lights & equipment, outdoor warning sirens, audio/visual equipment, and GPS tracking devices.
Our normal business hours are M-F from 8:00AM until 5:00PM. After hours emergency services are available by dialing our office number any time of day or night.
Jackson Communications is proud to have been recognized as an approved Certified Service Center (CSC). We have met the national requirements of the CSC program; an all-industry initiative backed by leading electronics industry associations and major product manufacturers. These requirements ensure a higher code of conduct towards consumer confidience such as certified management and technicians, consumer protection programs, and quality assurance plans.
